ECO’nergy

ECO’nergy is a solution developed by the Manu Lorraine Group. This technological innovation enables to recover the potential energy during the descent of lifting boom on handling machines and on earth moving excavators. This recovered energy is used for the lifting movement of the boom.

The power required to lift up the whole boom (70% of total weight) and the loaded equipment (30%) causes high fuel consumption, and loss of energy at reach descent of the boom.

The initial weight (boom + empty accessory equipment = 70%) is neutralized during the descent and stored in the nitrogen accumulators which under the action of compressed gas, release the oil with according to the work of bucket. The load is then compensated by the pump.
